There are several ways .. First, you can visit the websites of public universities, and I am sure that most schools do not offer scholarships or reduced fees. Secondly, you should contact the United States and the Office of the Embassy of Australia, where they are in charge of visas and other relevant information for study abroad. If I understand correctly, the Embassy of Australia do not offer more scholarships for those who excel in AUSTMAT.
